Product Returns and Refunds
Returns

We take every effort to make sure the goods we supply you are the correct ones and in the condition you expect them to be.
However, products sold can be returned within 5 working days from the date of Delivery or self-collection, if:
1. The items that we delivered to you are defective
2. You have received an item different from the product listed on our website
Items that will not be accepted for returns are PPE equipment eg: face masks, ear plugs, chemical products, and any specially ordered or customized items.
Please note that any items accepted by us as part of this Return Policy must
a. not have been used
b. not suffer any wear and tear
c. be undamaged and
d. be returned with their original packing.
We reserve the right to decline any returns if the items do not meet these requirements.
Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, in resalable condition, and with the original packaging intact.
Products accepted for exchange must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days and then exchanged for products that are of the same or greater price value (which you will have to top up the difference).

Should you choose to exchange a purchased product for another model bearing a higher price, you will be required to top up the difference in price.
No refund will be issued for any difference in price should you choose to exchange a purchased product for item(s) with price(s) amounting to less than the total price of the exchanged item(s).
Hardwareonline.com.sg reserves its right to decide if any item is in a condition suitable for exchange and can reject any returns if they are considered unfit for exchange.
Transportation charges may apply should you require us to move the items from your location back to our warehouse.
Refunds

For goods sold which have been received by you in an unsatisfactory condition, or are different from what you ordered due to an error on our part or for other qualifying reasons will be processed and a credit made to your original source of payment.
The refund may take up to 30 days.
